Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or if the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery, we will contact you to confirm the correct shipping information. We will then reship the package to the updated address, and this reshipping service will still be provided free of charge. However, if the package is returned a second time due to customer-related issues, we may require you to cover the cost of reshipping, or you can choose to receive a refund for the order (excluding any potential handling fees).
